The Biopanda Canine Brucella Lipopolysaccharide Antibody (C.Bru-LPS Ab) Rapid Test qualitatively detects C.Bru-LPS Antibodies from a dog's whole blood, serum or plasma specimen.

Test procedure

1. Collect a dog’s fresh whole blood sample. If using serum or plasma, separate from blood as soon as possible to avoid haemolysis.
2. Open the cassette from the foil pouch and position it on a flat, clean surface.
3. For serum and plasma: Hold the pipette vertically and draw the specimen up to the fill line. Transfer to the specimen well of the test cassette, wait for 8-10 seconds and then add 2 drops of buffer. Start the timer.
   For whole blood specimens: Hold the pipette vertically and draw the specimen 1cm above the fill line. Transfer to the specimen well of the cassette, wait for 8-10 seconds and then add 2 drops of buffer. Start the timer.
4. Read the results between 5-10 minutes. After 15 minutes results are considered invalid.
